UK & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We offer Standard and Express shipping options depending on the destination country.
UK orders are normally delivered within 1-2 working days from the dispatch date (unless stated otherwise).
International orders should allow approximately 2 working days from date of order, to dispatch. If an International order is placed on a Thursday after 4pm or anytime on a Friday, please note it will not dispatch until the following week.
PLEASE NOTE: During busy sale periods, orders may take 3-5 working days to be dispatched.
You must allow at least 48 hours for your order to be picked and prepared in our warehouse. On rare occasions, delivery times may be longer during periods of high demand or a national crisis. In such circumstances, we will do our best to resolve any delays and provide adequate communication.

Delivery Options
We offer UK, European and International tracked post, standard and Express delivery.
We only offer next day delivery to the UK; our order processing cut-off time is 4pm (GMT) for Next Day services, Monday to Friday (no Next Day Service on Saturdays/Sundays).
Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you used during checkout. This will include your order number.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you've selected a tracked service, we will pass your information to the courier so you can receive detailed tracking information from them directly.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation via email. The email will include a tracking number and link.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation and it has been longer than 48 hours, please contact help@hoodrichuk.com .
Returns

In addition to our standard returns policy, any items purchased between 17th November & 31st December can be returned up until, and including 31st January 2026 for a full refund back to your original payment method.
